Probate Advice

 

Probate in this context is the process of proving and registering the deceased's Will in the Supreme Court.

 

Application for Probate may be made after a period of fourteen days has elapsed

from the date of the deceased's death.

 

The Citizens Advice Bureau advises that if you wish to make an application for simple probate you may

purchase a Probate Kit  - $16.50 inc GST - Please send cheque with request

(Includes – Motion Paper, Affidavit, Statement & STEP BY STEP GUIDE to PROBATE)

 

(Note: There are no standard forms for applicants intestate administration or administration with the Will.)
